Warranty Replacement Request

To be eligible for coverage by our warranty you must have purchased your LEDs new from Blue Water LED Inc. or an authorized dealer. You must have a copy of your receipt or invoice.

Clearance or Blemish sale items are not covered under our warranty, although we will always try to keep your costs as low as possible when replacing a bad strip.

Warranty coverage is for the original owner of the LED system. Second owners are not covered under the original purchase warranty.

We will not warranty any LED strips that have been removed and re-installed.

Visible damage will void your warranty. Even in cases where visible damage is present, we will try to keep your replacement costs as low as possible.
